February 12, 1942:
A special curfew for Jews was proclaimed yesterday by the German
military authorities throughout occupied France, it is reported here
today by the Deutsche Nachrichten Bureau, official Nazi news agency. No
Jew is permitted to leave his home after eight o’clock in the evening.
To equate this curfew to Nazi Military Authorities may be a bit of a stretch, but not so much that it's entirely unreasonable. The people of Ferguson are calling for justice, calling for answers to the death of Mike Brown. This curfew has been called for because of a relatively small amount of rioting and looting in the city, that was greatly opposed by the citizens in a major rally to show solidarity and that they are not unlawful, which was quickly put down.
Governor Dixon deflected questions and stepped away from the microphone during a press conference when asked directly about what is being done to find justice.
Where this leads, only time will tell, but the sad truth is that this behavior has been seen in the past and it is very disturbing and alarming to see it starting to play out in the United States of America.
We must have this nipped quickly, before these state governments decide that they can impose unconstitutional laws on it's people.

Ferguson, Missouri: The Beginning of the End
It's been some time since my last post to this blog. Traveling and investigating issues with civil rights violations and criminal behavior of our "so called" protectors has had me focused on other things. Now that I've witnessed, first hand, the disgusting issues happening in the United States, I find myself in need of an outlet for my outrage.
Ferguson Missouri has showed us what happens when Police are allowed to run rampant and make their own rules. The community under siege is not Iraq, it is not a war torn country with totalitarian dictators making the rules (or is it?) it is a community in The United States of America.
It is unbelievable that a city in the United States of America has been allowed to be occupied by a hostile enemy army. This behavior is not only immoral, it has to be illegal, and every day that this issue continues, this occupying army rolls out higher and higher levels of subversion and oppression.
We as a nation need to rise up, demand from the United States Department of Justice that our police officers need to demilitarize, be forced to undergo comprehensive training on how to be human beings again and that they MUST be held accountable for the crimes they have done to our freedom, our constitution and our way of life.

More Police Brutality
As the disturbing trend of police brutality and shootings continue, some people in Albuquerque New Mexico are taking to the streets and claiming back their security. Now, I never condone or encourage violence against police. That is a battle you can't win. There are more of them, they'll call in support, they have bigger guns, better guns and they will move into even more brutal tactics to subdue you.

What it is to be an American.
To me, being an American means holding myself and others to a higher standard. To always present myself to people with the attitude I wish to be presented with and to behave in a manner that is reflective of my culture, society and people. What it is to be an American is pride, freedom, and hope.
This country was founded on the principal of fighting against tyrants and carving out our own future, our destiny. The tyrants we rebelled against fought back but eventually we won our freedom and became the greatest nation the world had ever seen. Innovation, power, technology, freedoms and civil rights that were found nowhere else in the world. The people of this great nation held themselves with a higher regard and were ever watchful against the rise of tyrants.
Now, in this day and age, we find ourselves under the oppressive boot of an oligarchy of tyrants who control every aspect of our lives. Government agencies telling us who to talk to, what to eat, where to go and what to do. Corporations tracking our every move, targeting ads and intrusive demands to purchase the latest designer product before we become out of style and forgotten.
Mega-Conglomerates that have a stranglehold on the flow of commodities, information, fuel, power, clean water, transportation and education give us the ultimatum of Do what we say or you can't have any of our toys. We live in a society controlled by bullies and petty old men who believe that they have to control everything in order to keep the peace. The truth is, the harder you hold on, the more of us fall through the gaps in your fingers.
This oligarchy wants us to believe that the individual has no power, that one voice will not be heard.

"Big Data" and the government programs to capture all of our data, whether for police purposes or for advertisers, is a powerful tool that corporations are using to control us. Information as private as our social security numbers, addresses, bank accounts, purchase habits, locations and emails are all up for grabs in order to control the flow of information in the United States.
I propose that we all rise up and "Opt Out of Everything", demand that our data becomes OUR property and accessible by US when WE want it. We live in a world where the government, advertising agencies and private parties have access to every single ounce of information we've ever generated. Birth records, fingerprints, cell phones, twitter, facebook, blogs and all of the conveniences we love in life are responsible for tracking every moment of our lives.
What do we do? I propose we demand a government ordered "OptOutOfEverything" campaign to give us a fresh start and a reset button, just like Tyler Durden wanted to do in FightClub.
What is worse is that even if this government program does (magically) happen, how to do we know if they actually do purge the information?
We all need to demand access to our information, the ability to modify and edit it and a general "OptOutOfEverything" option.

9/11 & Our Freedom
The 9/11 attacks on America, undoubtedly, gave us some of the most profound changes to our national security. Since that fateful day, we've launched wars, killed terrorists and made significant changes to our national policies that were very necessary at the time. When the American people witnessed the attacks, there was an immediate need to keep the peace and to establish order.
We allowed the government extra liberties and power, during a national crisis, to help maintain and restore order to the country. We sacrificed a great deal of our American freedoms in order to catch the people responsible for these heinous attacks and to protect our future from additional assaults.
It is time, however, that WE THE PEOPLE take back the authority and demand accountability for the governments actions. We need to stand up and let "big brother" know that we will no longer stand for these injustices, that we do not accept unwarranted intrusions into our privacy, that we do not accept police brutality, that we do not accept militarizing our police forces and that we will no longer accept a government that hides its actions from its people.
Understand that if we do not demand accountability from the government and start to push back against the growing suspicions of FREE AND INNOCENT people, we will eventually pass a point of no return and enter into a dark time where we have no freedom, liberty or justice. A dark time where our country sacrifices the freedom and rights of its people under the auspices of a false threat to the nation.
Tyrannical leaders and corporations are twisting the law and eroding our freedoms, keeping us unhealthy and uneducated, ensuring that we are fearful of one another and dependent on the "Machine" to keep us safe. With poverty levels and unemployment soaring, hunger and starvation present in our country and programs designed to help people being eroded, a systematic effort to eliminate the American Dream has been in place for a long time now.
Never forget, it is up to each and every one of us to demand government accountability and to force the changes we want to see.
The time to act and be free is now. You may not have the opportunity tomorrow.
Who Watches the Watchmen?
With the severe level of surveillance being done to United States Citizens, GPS, Automatic License Plate Tracking, Cellphone Recordings, IP Address Recording and all the rest, it makes me wonder why there are no tracking devices for our police forces? UAV's in the air, recording our movements, police patrol cars on the streets and officers walking on foot, these things should have ACCOUNTABILITY to the point of being tracked as well.
If we are paying these public servants to do these jobs, they should be held accountable for there whereabouts and be tracked with more scrutiny than a free American citizen. Law Enforcement Officers should have a tracking system in place to ensure they are where they are supposed to be, to ensure they are following the law and doing their duties and to be held to a much higher standard than your average citizen.
Police Officers are whining about GPS Tracking for them, saying that "How long will it be before someone hacks into the system to evade police?"
Please. I am not interested in that, that is an issue with the network security just like EVERY OTHER NETWORK out there. What I am concerned about is why the police immediately cry foul when they will be forced to have accountability for their locations, actions and duties. After all, are they not public servants? Are they not doing a PUBLIC job and, as such, should have their PUBLIC duties recorded to ensure fair practices?
If this country was fair, it would ensure that all public officials have a tracking system in place to make sure they are doing their duty. If they go over the speed limit while on duty with no cause? They will get called on it. Police have been doing this for years. What about if they stop off at a friends house to watch a football game during their duty hours? It's happened. What about that clandestine meeting where some "favors" are traded for turning a blind eye?
You bet your ass I want to know what's going on and when the police want to subpena my locations, tracking devices, facial recognition, credit card spending, cell phones, computer IP addresses and everything else, I want to hold them to the same standards.
To put is simply: IF YOU WANT TO KEEP TABS ON US, WE WANT TO KEEP TABS ON YOU.

The United States Government claims a broad and sweeping authority, under the Patriot Act to collect a record of every single phone call made by every single American "on an ongoing daily basis." This program not only exceeds the authority of the government by Congress, but it violates the right of privacy protected by the Fourth Amendment, and the rights of free speech and association protected by the First Amendment.
Despite how many demands have been made to the NSA and other organizations operating under the Patriot Act, no actual reports of the extent of these intrusions have been given or any sufficient information provided to govern the limits of the extent of the surveillance on American citizens.
What I don't understand is how the American People can stand by and allow this to happen. If enough people rally under a banner of ACCOUNTABILITY the United States Government, The National Security Agency and all of the other organizations hiding behind the Patriot Act will have to cease and desist these unconstitutional broad-spectrum intrusions into our privacy and will be held accountable for the past decade of lawless behavior.

Cops: The Good Guys
I've been getting some interesting correspondence about these blog posts and I wanted to point something out, just to clarify, for those who may be wondering.
NOT ALL POLICE ARE CORRUPT.
There are some officers who actually do believe the creed and oath they take, who understand that it is their sworn duty to protect and serve the people and to put real criminals behind bars. These officers are the shining stars of the Police Force and they represent exactly what all police officers should strive to be.
The unfortunate truth, however, is that there are a lot of officers who when they are given a badge, they believe that it gives them some power higher than the law. That somehow they become an authority beyond reproach of the law and that it gives them a new set of rights and laws to abide by.
When you encounter a police officer please keep in mind that, for the most part, they are just as nervous as you are and that they are just as aware of the threat that YOU could potentially pose to them. Unfortunately, some police officers take this potential threat to extremes, but most of the time they just want to be able to go home to their families at the end of the day.
Based on the low-end estimate of traffic encounters, the risk of homicide during a traffic stop ranged from a low of one in ten million in 1988 and 1990 to a high of one in 4.6 million in 1991. On average, over a ten-year period, the risk of homicide to a police officer during a traffic encounter was one in 6.7 million.
There is no evidence that these estimates have raised much since that time, keeping the average police assault at these stops still in the ONE in SIX MILLION chance. While these numbers may still be frightening, they do not give any reason or right to abuse authority by treating every stop as a guaranteed threat on your life.
Right now (4/24/2014) there are petitions in place to send police officers to special training to ensure that they are instructed on how to interact with CIVILIANS and not some sort of enemy combatant, training to reeducate police that they are not in a war (as current training would have them believe) and that they should not treat average American citizens as enemy soldiers or threats.
I, personally, agree with this need.

In the America I envision, due process, freedom and liberty are given to everyone and the courts, police and media would see people as Innocent Until Proven Guilty. Unfortunately, in the America I wake up to see, some people are Guilty before they ever get a chance to prove their innocence.
I fly an American Flag from sun up to sun down. It is taken from its case and the pole with all prescribed honor and dignity, a ritual worthy of a great nations symbol of freedom and liberty. I believe in America and the freedoms we used to have. I believe in an America where people actually stopped to say hello to a stranger, rather than automatically assuming them guilty of something.
I believe in an America where the PEOPLE gave government authority and those elected officials, agencies and organizations were held accountable for their actions. When the threat of impeachment was a real and serious threat, one that carried weight and power. I believe in an America where the freedom to peacefully protest was a right and that the assembled police force was there to protect the PROTESTOR and not to abuse, incriminate and assault them.

War Crimes
The United States Government has been fighting "The War On Drugs" for decades in a campaign to rid the united states of criminal drug activity. Because of this war, there have been thousands of cases of crimes of war against people on United States Soil.
These organizations should be held accountable under the War Crimes act for their inhuman behavior.
18 U.S. Code § 2441 - War Crimes
(a) Offense.— Whoever, whether inside or outside the United States, commits a war crime, in any of the circumstances described in subsection (b), shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for life or any term of years, or both, and if death results to the victim, shall also be subject to the penalty of death.
(b) Circumstances.— The circumstances referred to in subsection (a) are that the person committing such war crime or the victim of such war crime is a member of the Armed Forces of the United States or a national of the United States (as defined in section 101 of the Immigration and Nationality Act).(c) Definition.— As used in this section the term “war crime” means any conduct—(1) defined as a grave breach in any of the international conventions signed at Geneva 12 August 1949, or any protocol to such convention to which the United States is a party;(2) prohibited by Article 23, 25, 27, or 28 of the Annex to the Hague Convention IV, Respecting the Laws and Customs of War on Land, signed 18 October 1907;(3) which constitutes a grave breach of common Article 3 (as defined in subsection (d)) when committed in the context of and in association with an armed conflict not of an international character; or(4) of a person who, in relation to an armed conflict and contrary to the provisions of the Protocol on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Mines, Booby-Traps and Other Devices as amended at Geneva on 3 May 1996 (Protocol II as amended on 3 May 1996), when the United States is a party to such Protocol, willfully kills or causes serious injury to civilians.
(d) Common Article 3 Violations.—While at "War" both the military and the police agencies in charge of the "War on Drugs" have committed heinous acts of violence and violations of civil rights, violations of common codes of ethics and a dozen other violations of due process, freedom and liberty. Under the guise of this "War" the police have acted in atrocious ways against citizens of the United States of America. When you combine the militarization of the police with this absurd "War on Drugs", you have a recipe for disaster.(1) Prohibited conduct.— In subsection (c)(3), the term “grave breach of common Article 3” means any conduct (such conduct constituting a grave breach of common Article 3 of the international conventions done at Geneva August 12, 1949), as follows:(A) Torture.— The act of a person who commits, or conspires or attempts to commit, an act specifically intended to inflict severe physical or mental pain or suffering (other than pain or suffering incidental to lawful sanctions) upon another person within his custody or physical control for the purpose of obtaining information or a confession, punishment, intimidation, coercion, or any reason based on discrimination of any kind.(B) Cruel or inhuman treatment.— The act of a person who commits, or conspires or attempts to commit, an act intended to inflict severe or serious physical or mental pain or suffering (other than pain or suffering incidental to lawful sanctions), including serious physical abuse, upon another within his custody or control.(C) Performing biological experiments.— The act of a person who subjects, or conspires or attempts to subject, one or more persons within his custody or physical control to biological experiments without a legitimate medical or dental purpose and in so doing endangers the body or health of such person or persons.(D) Murder.— The act of a person who intentionally kills, or conspires or attempts to kill, or kills whether intentionally or unintentionally in the course of committing any other offense under this subsection, one or more persons taking no active part in the hostilities, including those placed out of combat by sickness, wounds, detention, or any other cause.(E) Mutilation or maiming.— The act of a person who intentionally injures, or conspires or attempts to injure, or injures whether intentionally or unintentionally in the course of committing any other offense under this subsection, one or more persons taking no active part in the hostilities, including those placed out of combat by sickness, wounds, detention, or any other cause, by disfiguring the person or persons by any mutilation thereof or by permanently disabling any member, limb, or organ of his body, without any legitimate medical or dental purpose.(F) Intentionally causing serious bodily injury.— The act of a person who intentionally causes, or conspires or attempts to cause, serious bodily injury to one or more persons, including lawful combatants, in violation of the law of war.(G) Rape.— The act of a person who forcibly or with coercion or threat of force wrongfully invades, or conspires or attempts to invade, the body of a person by penetrating, however slightly, the anal or genital opening of the victim with any part of the body of the accused, or with any foreign object.(H) Sexual assault or abuse.— The act of a person who forcibly or with coercion or threat of force engages, or conspires or attempts to engage, in sexual contact with one or more persons, or causes, or conspires or attempts to cause, one or more persons to engage in sexual contact.(I) Taking hostages.— The act of a person who, having knowingly seized or detained one or more persons, threatens to kill, injure, or continue to detain such person or persons with the intent of compelling any nation, person other than the hostage, or group of persons to act or refrain from acting as an explicit or implicit condition for the safety or release of such person or persons.(2) Definitions.— In the case of an offense under subsection (a) by reason of subsection (c)(3)—(A) the term “severe mental pain or suffering” shall be applied for purposes of paragraphs (1)(A) and (1)(B) in accordance with the meaning given that term in section 2340 (2) of this title;(B) the term “serious bodily injury” shall be applied for purposes of paragraph (1)(F) in accordance with the meaning given that term in section 113 (b)(2) of this title;(C) the term “sexual contact” shall be applied for purposes of paragraph (1)(G) in accordance with the meaning given that term in section 2246 (3) of this title;(D) the term “serious physical pain or suffering” shall be applied for purposes of paragraph (1)(B) as meaning bodily injury that involves—(3) Inapplicability of certain provisions with respect to collateral damage or incident of lawful attack.— The intent specified for the conduct stated in subparagraphs (D), (E), and (F) or paragraph (1) precludes the applicability of those subparagraphs to an offense under subsection (a) by reasons of subsection (c)(3) with respect to—
These organizations should be held accountable under the War Crimes act for their inhuman behavior.
Criminal Behavior
Do the police also fall under this organized crime charges? We have thousands upon thousands of pieces of video evidence, court cases where police abuse, assault, murder, maim, destroy, torture and rape innocent people.
9-110.800 Violent Crimes in Aid of Racketeering Activity (18 U.S.C. § 1959)
Section 1959 makes it a crime to commit any of a list of violent crimes in return for pecuniary compensation from an enterprise engaged in racketeering activity, or for the purpose of joining, remaining with, or advancing in such an enterprise. The listed violent crimes are murder, kidnapping, maiming, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault resulting in serious bodily injury, and threatening to commit a "crime of violence," as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 16. The listed crimes may be violations of State or Federal law. In addition, attempts and conspiracies to commit the listed crimes are covered. The maximum penalty varies with the particular violent crime involved, ranging from a fine and/or three years imprisonment up to a fine and/or life imprisonment, except for any murder occurring on or after September 13, 1994, which are subject to the death penalty.
Under 18 U.S.C § 1959, anyone committing a crime while in an organization in order to receive compensation or advancement are guilty and the organization is as well. While the police departments do their best to coverup and abolish the criminal charges against their gang members (officers) the precedent of conviction of these criminals has already been established. In order to move up in the criminal ranks of their police organization, officers are required to make as many arrests as possible to bolster their credibility with their fellow criminals and advance in prestige, compensation and rank.
Officers who claim they were "doing their duty" but were also still found guilty of criminal activity were only doing what they were trained to do. The police are not there to help or protect, to serve or assist, they exist to find a way of putting people into jail.
Over-Criminalization and abuse of authority are made easier by the militarization of the police forces in the United States of America. Billions of dollars' worth of military weapons and equipment is available to local police departments through grant programs administered by federal agencies such as the Departments of Defense, Justice, and Homeland Security.

The Tyrannical rule of the United States Government is something that has been slowly encroaching on the lives of the Free People of America for some time now. Rules and regulations that erode our rights and freedoms, militarization of our police forces, unlawful violations of our privacy and the indoctrination of our school children are just a few examples of the Corporate-Government takeover of our inalienable freedoms as American Citizens.
Thomas Jefferson once said: "The Tree of Liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants."
The Seal of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is in fact, Sic Semper Tyrannis a public declaration to end the tyranny in the state as well as the country.
We as American citizens not only have the right but the obligation to fight back against tyrannical government organizations that infringe on our rights and freedoms by asserting our authority as the power of America. WE give those in government the ability to govern us, we select and elect them from a chosen pool of representatives and, if we do not like what they are doing, we have the authority and the duty to eliminate that wrongdoing by impeaching, disbarring, or DISBANDING those organizations or individuals who fail to uphold the standards of the American Bill of Rights.
Totalitarian organizations like the NSA and The Department of Homeland Security are waging a war against our freedoms by engaging in unlawful search and seizures, spying and surveillance and criminal negligence of our rights and freedoms but we allow them to continue to exist because the American populace has been brainwashed into believing we are under a constant threat from a foreign power.
The threat we face is DOMESTIC terrorism.

Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."
Now is the time to throw off such a corrupt government. If we continue to allow the government to strip us of our freedoms and rights, under the guise of public and national security, we will lose all resemblance of being the United States of America and become just another dictatorship that abuses its people.
We must continue to exercise our rights, become educated on those rights and to organize ourselves in peaceful assembly to stress the importance of those rights.

The Police Force in the United States are there to serve and protect, yes, but it is their job and obligation to put you in jail. They are NOT there to be your friends, while on duty, a police officer will do whatever it takes to find you guilty of a crime and to put you in jail or court because of that crime.
